Introduction – Week 1 of 52

Today is the start of week one.

We have fifty two weeks of health, wellness and fitness blogging to share with you from a staff trained in health and life coaching. One coach, Storey, is sharing her daily food and wellness choices.

Storey is preparing a transition to the Asian market and is working to tailor her wellness plan for SEA.

Storey’s goal is to reduce her body fat from 29 percent to 18 percent and to transform her western athletic body build to a leaner asian style through diet and workouts.

Storey has visited a physician for a checkup and knows she has no serious health issues but is not at a perfect fat percentage. Storey has no allergies to working out and is agreeable to eating different foods from her normal European diet and changing her body to fit an Asian aesthetic.

Everything Storey eats will be documented and shared in the blog and the wellness program she is developing.

For the first twelve weeks, Storey will be removing preservatives from her diet and her body, building up the proper nutrition for her week’s schedule and fueling her body for the fitness routine reshaping her muscles.

The wellness coach is not on any medications and does not smoke, use alcohol or recreational substances. She is of average athletic build and currently wears a size UK10 / EU 38 / US8.

There will be no photos of the health coach but we will share photographs of her workout routine, her workout gear, her food choices and other health related equipment used to reach a lean 18 percent bodyfat.
